"Amazing opportunity to work with Veronica at the Orlando location. Jasmin, Sandy and customer service had zero results with referring me to contact progressive to cancel my policy so I could bundle my auto. They had asked me to handle it myself and Veronica took care of it, though it took effort and thinking outside the box. I’m so so so happy. It’s a blessing. "Very satisfied on how Jacob took his time to explain to me on how these policies work the moment I went in I felt very comfortable wasn’t pressured to do anything. I was still on the fence. Didn’t know how to take this insurance thing so I left still confused.
